My minds like some ancient library… from Indianna Jones or something!

Yesterday i turned 19. It was weird..birthdays lost seem to have finally lost their buzz now that i’m old enough to do everything i want to do. I can drive, i can drink, i can goto clubs and i can buy anything i want to. I’m basically an adult now moving slowly down the path towards the end of my life.

This scares me.

Now onto something that happened a few months ago in Bournemouth! In October i was walking down town to get something from the shops.. i can’t recall what it was exactly! Anyhow im listening to my iPod and day dreaming as i do and i knock into an old lady who walked right in front of me.

Now to be fair this was probably my fault mainly… so i said sorry, as you do when you knock into someone. This lady didn’t do what most people do and say sorry aswell. She grabbed me by my chest material and told me i was going to die on my birthday.

Crazy old homeless ladies are crazy.

New years was pretty awesome! I spent it with some amazing people, though missed many others from last years celebrations.. I liked it back then because it was like loads of days worth with everyone, whereas this was just an evening really so not heaps of time. Time being something that i wish i had more of with some people as since university i have seen people less and less and in some cases i havent even seen people since i started university.. I’ve forgotten what a Scottish person sounds like now :'(!

As i said however it was amazingly awesome and i met loads of new people! Here are some pictures!
EDIT: I couldnt pick pictures so asked Katie which ones to use..

*Did i mention that the party actually just consisted of us two with lots of cardboard cut outs? I also apparently can’t pull straight faces or smile properly in photos.
I ALMOST BOUGHT A BELLA SWAN CARDBOARD CUT OUT THE OTHER DAY BUT REALISED THE VIDEO WOULD BE TOO CREEPY

Anyway furth examples of the lack of smile capacity

Over the new year i also bought a new camcorder. I’ve yet to film anything proper with it but from the test footage i’ve shot i have decided that the camera is the king of cameras. So hopefully more sketches out soon!

Whilst on the subject of YouTube i figure i should touch a peeve of mine. Peeve is a funny word…

Anyway.

A lot of people tell me my videos a rent in their sub boxes.. which means YouTube is still failing, but then i rely on twitter now a bit more i guess thanks to the handy little RT button, but it honestly seems that unless your in some sort of little ring with certain people you get fuck all videos RT’ed as Dom pointed out in a blog post ages ago..

At the time of reading that i’ll be honest i paid no note as i hadnt experienced it but now when i look on it i can kinda see his point. I try to RT friends videos whenever im on twitter as they tweet them so its kinda a kick in the balls when people a re just like “meh fuck it” unless its for them.

The other YouTube related meh is the random up and down of views for me as they dont seem to stand still, and i refuse to use annotations to tell people to “rate for..” or “comment if” because i’ve always thought they’re just petty… but people are honestly becoming lazy now to the point where they’re not commenting and rating like they used to and i have to wonder whether its even worth me making videos.. especially if i put more and more effort into them or try to, and then find less views / feedback than the last video had.

Looking at it as well.. its since i started with HD videos which makes it even more annoying

The next few videos i have to edit / film are good ones in my mind.. especially the Link video (i love the Zelda series) so im hoping they start to pull up and show improvement so its less of a MEH to upload stuff!

Also why is this screenshot awesome?

Simple… Because 151 is the number of original pokemon! It has nothing to do with the fact i had over 1,000 Dailybooth followers.. fuck that! Pokemon are cooler!
